@Rada_539z 短縮されていないように見えますが実際はt.coに短縮されています。なおt.coは、Twitterから送られてくる情報に従ってタイムライン上では自動で展開される仕様です。URLの右クリックメニューから短縮URLをコピーできます。こちらでご確認いただけます。
