朝練の帰り道に路肩の八百屋で野菜の買い物。白菜、大根、椎茸、水菜。鍋の材料ですね。地の物で新鮮です。

シルベスト朝練からセミロング。亀岡のはずれのおしゃれなカフェで休憩。いやぁ〜隠れ家やわ。暖炉に火を入れてもらってコーヒー頂く。帰り道は一庫マラソン大会ですこし遠回り。
