@DallasGoldswain Requests to close accounts do need to be done over the phone due to validation purposes. You can also just delete all products and payment methods and leave the account unused as well if you don't wish to call in. ^Kristy

@jessethanley Sorry to hear about this recent experience. I can assure you that GoDaddy has never participated nor condoned Domain Front-Running. It's possible the first search result was either a mistake or someone else searching a similar name decided to act on its availability. ^CG

@DInvesting We're aware of the issue with dedicated auctions login and 2-Step authentication. Working to correct it now. In the meantime you can still use the login option under the drop down menu, which has been confirmed to be working. ^CG

@DInvesting I was able to log into auctions with Two-step verification without any issues. I'd recommend testing it from a different browser if the issue continues please email auctions@godaddy.com. ^Lisi
