@cBeyondObvious Click on these boxes and a pop up window will appear. Here you can choose to reset your settings.

The first option is the country you want items shipped to. The second would be the language to view the website in. The third is the currency you would like to be charged in.

We are very sorry if this is causing an inconvenience. Yes, there is a setting where you can change the language as well on the website. On the top left corner next to the green iHerb.com logo there should be three boxes.

@cBeyondObvious Then go to Profile and tap the Settings Icon you see at the upper-right part of the app. There you will find the options for Country, Language, and Currency.

If you are using Android phone, just tap on the Profile Icon below the app page, and tap the Settings Icon.

@cBeyondObvious However, we do have settings available on the app where you can change the shipping country, language, and currency you want to use.

If you are using an iOS mobile phone, you can simply click the "More" tab or the three-dotted menu at the bottom of the app page.
